The Dubai Chapter is committed to building a trusted bridge between Rajasthan and its diaspora across the UAE.
Rajasthan Foundation is the Government of Rajasthan’s institutional platform for connecting Non-Resident Rajasthanis (NRRs) with their homeland. The Dubai Chapter is a local unit of the Foundation, formed to organise NRRs, support their welfare, promote Rajasthan’s development, and carry the Foundation’s programmes and initiatives to the Rajasthani community in the UAE.
Our approach is simple: collaborate, connect, and add value. We are not a replacement for existing Rajasthani associations, nor a competitor to their events — we are the coordination platform that helps the whole ecosystem work better together, and the communication bridge that keeps the community connected to Rajasthan and its Government.

WHAT WE DO?
OUR OBJECTIVES
Six pillars guiding the Dubai Chapter’s mission to serve the Rajasthani diaspora and strengthen ties between Dubai and India.
Connect
Connect Rajasthan Foundation / Government with NRRs and Rajasthani organisations.
Coordinate
Act as a common coordination platform while respecting the independence of existing community organisations.
Faciliate
Facilitate NRR grievances, welfare matters, body repatriation and communication with the appropriate authorities.
Inform
Share verified Government initiatives, investment opportunities, policies, schemes and important updates.
Enable
Facilitate investment, social projects, professional expertise and meaningful contributions to Rajasthan.
Recongise
Facilitate appropriate Samman / recognition for deserving Rajasthanis and NRR contributors.
Core Principle
RF Dubai Chapter will primarily FACILITATE & COORDINATE not compete with or replace existing Rajasthani organisations. Their identity and programmes remain independent.

Shri Amara Ram Jangid
As President of the Rajasthan Foundation – Dubai Chapter, Shri Amara Ram Jangid is committed to strengthening the connection between the Rajasthani diaspora in the UAE and their roots in Rajasthan.
Through the Dubai Chapter, he aims to encourage meaningful community engagement, facilitate collaboration, and create a platform where Non-Resident Rajasthanis can connect, contribute and participate in initiatives that support the wider community.
His focus is on bringing people together, fostering stronger networks, and promoting a spirit of collective participation while preserving the rich heritage and values of Rajasthan.
