The Rajasthan Foundation was established in 2001 and registered under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1860. Operating under the Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Rajasthan, the Foundation serves as the principal bridge between Non-Resident Rajasthanis (NRRs) around the world and their homeland.

Dubai Context: The Dubai Chapter translates this mandate into practical facilitation, communication, welfare support, government coordination and community networking for Rajasthanis across the UAE.
Rajasthan Foundation – Dubai Chapter was established in February 2026 under the aegis of Rajasthan Foundation, an organisation functioning under the Department of Domestic and Overseas Rajasthani Affairs (DORA), Government of Rajasthan.
The establishment of the Dubai Chapter was formally communicated to the Embassy of India in the UAE through an official letter dated 24 February 2026, along with the nomination of Shri Amaram Ji Jangid as the Chapter President.
The Chapter serves as a bridge between the Government of Rajasthan and the Rajasthani diaspora in the United Arab Emirates, fostering cultural connections, community engagement, economic collaboration and social welfare initiatives. It aims to bring Rajasthanis together, strengthen their ties with their homeland and facilitate meaningful engagement between the diaspora and the Government of Rajasthan.
